Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PrintLedger is a web-based platform for tracking costs, revenue, and profit across 3D print farms. Features include job tracking, filament inventory, printer monitoring, Etsy order syncing, and financial reporting. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time as we add, modify, or remove features.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use PrintLedger.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

PrintLedger is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the balance is resolved.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PrintLedger, including job records, printer configurations, filament inventory, and financial data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

PrintLedger integrates with third-party services such as Etsy and Bambu Lab. These integrations are provided for your convenience and are subject to those services' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. You authorize PrintLedger to access your data on connected services to the extent necessary to provide the features you enable.

8. Intellectual Property

The PrintLedger name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of PrintLedger and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written consent. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial calculations provided by PrintLedger (profit, cost, fees) are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be treated as professional accounting or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintLedger and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after account cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
